Welcome to our Children’s Ministry!

At Joyful Generals Children’s Ministry, we believe that every child is a leader in God’s kingdom—empowered with joy, purpose, and faith! Our mission is to equip your children to grow in their faith, learn wisdom from God’s Word, and lead lives filled with love, kindness, and courage.

Why "Joyful Generals"?

The name Joyful Generals reflects what we aspire to instil in every child:

Joy: A heart full of joy is a gift from God. We want children to experience the love of Jesus in a fun, uplifting environment that celebrates who they are.
Generals: Generals are leaders with purpose and responsibility. We want children to see themselves as God’s leaders, capable of making a difference in their families, communities, and beyond.

Through engaging lessons, creative activities, and intentional mentoring, we help children discover their God-given identity and equip them to lead with joy and confidence.

What to Expect

When your child joins Joyful Generals, they’ll enter an exciting and welcoming space designed just for them. Our vibrant Sunday program includes:

Interactive Bible Lessons: We make the Bible come alive through storytelling, drama, and hands-on activities that help kids understand God’s Word.
Worship Time: Kids will sing and dance to energetic, age-appropriate worship songs that point their hearts to Jesus.
Fun and Fellowship: From games to crafts to team challenges, every Sunday is packed with opportunities for your child to build friendships and grow in faith.
Life Application: We teach children how to live out their faith in practical, everyday ways—whether it’s being kind to others, making wise decisions, or sharing joy with their friends.

For Parents

We value the trust you place in us by allowing your child to join Joyful Generals. Our team of dedicated leaders and volunteers are passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child feels loved and valued.

We also believe in partnering with parents! We provide weekly updates, take-home materials, and practical tips to help you reinforce what your child is learning in church at home. Together, we can help your child grow into the joyful, faith-filled leader God created them to be.
